Not necessarily. It's possible that a section of your roof is loose, or that damage occured in one place only. We'll conduct a thorough investigation before suggesting repair options.

There are two types of warranties you will recieve:

1. Workmanship (10 year)
2. Manufacturer (Depends on style of roof)

Shingle is typically 5 years, tile is 10, and metal is lifetime.

Keeping your property safe and free of debris is our top priority. We use tarps around the perimeter and plywood over bushes and shrubs to protect the property. Also, we use a dump trailer for disposal so nothing is left in the driveway over night. 

Yes, we can install skylights, solar vents, and fascia if requested for the project.

We recommend at least once a year. Living in SWFL has it's pros and cons and unfortunately we get our fair share of bad weather. It's a good idea to be proactive with any possible issues.
